Comms Hub Privacy Policy

Comms Hub is a private, single-user tool operated by Bryon Jacob for his own use. It is not offered to the public, and no one other than its owner can sign up for or use it.

What data it accesses

• Gmail messages and message metadata (such as senders, recipients, subjects, dates, and labels) from Google accounts that the owner connects. With the owner's permission it may also create draft replies in those accounts.
• Slack messages that the owner can see in workspaces the owner connects.

Why it accesses this data

Solely to help the owner organize, search, and triage his own communications. The data is used for no other purpose.

Where it is processed

• Nango Cloud manages the account connections (OAuth tokens) and syncs messages.
• Cloudflare stores and processes the synced data.

Sharing

The data is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone. It is not used for advertising, and it is not used to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the owner uses the tool. It is deleted on request, or when the corresponding account is disconnected.

How to revoke access

You can revoke Comms Hub's access to a Google account at any time from your Google Account: Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services (or visit myaccount.google.com/connections). Slack access can be revoked from the workspace's app management settings.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Comms Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
